Account Broker:

The Real Estate Broker position requires a candidate with relevant experience in rentals and or sales. They will be responsible for advertising, marketing and listing properties as well as servicing client leads provided by management. The position requires a New York State Broker’s License. We are seeking an energetic, well organized, motivated individual who works well in a team environment.

Assistant Agent:

This position requires a motivated and multi-tasking candidate to assist with the day to day operations of real estate. The candidate must have excellent organizational skills, great attention to detail, and must be efficient with computers. You must also assist the Broker and Sales Agent with residential and commercial listings and sales.

Assistant Property Manager:

Must have experience in leasing, rent collections, marketing and maintenance supervision. Must be a patient person to deal with resident relations, concerns and issues as they arise. The candidate should have excellent written and verbal skills to develop a rapport with both residents and clients. Candidate must have the ability to manage complex operational matters, excellent time management, follow-up, and organizational skills. This position is very hands on and requires constant interaction in the field.

Maintenance Technician:

Candidate must have basic knowledge of all facets of property maintenance such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, roofing, and flooring. We are looking for someone who can multi-task, direct a maintenance staff, communicate effectively, has a NYS Drivers License and has certification in their field.

Marketing Manager:

Opening for a dynamic professional with experience to create, install and maintain a marketing program for property management and real estate sales. Candidate will be responsible for social networking updates, blogging, internet, print and media advertising. Requires a person to be proficient in computers and internet dynamics.

Sales Agent:

The Real Estate Sales Agent position requires a candidate who is licensed in New York State. Candidate must be a team player with great presentation skills, an upbeat attitude, articulate, and have the ability to wear many hats. The candidate must be able to conduct themselves in a highly professional manner and be well versed in the various areas of real estate.
